Use the cheat console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+C Input Cheat Codes: bb.moveobjects bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects Once you have activated this cheat enter DEBUG in the search bar to bring up the objects. Objects exist in build & buy mode. 2.To avoid a grid when placing objects, all you have to do is select an object and press the ”ALT” keyboard button. While holding that button, you can move around your selected object anywhere, as long as it doesn't touch another object or a wall. You can also rotate objects for 360° 3.Press the Right Square Bracket Key [ to size up an object and the Left Square Bracket Key ] to size down an object. 4.The object will move up incrementally, so keep hitting 9 until it is at the height you desire. To lower the object, press 0. If you have your game set to “Sims3” camera controls, you need to hit CTRL+9 and CTRL+0 at the same time.

Use the cheat console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+C Input Cheat Codes: bb.moveobjects bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects Once you have activated this cheat enter DEBUG in the search bar to bring up the objects. Objects exist in build & buy mode. 2.To avoid a grid when placing objects, all you have to do is select an object and press the ”ALT” keyboard button. While holding that button, you can move around your selected object anywhere, as long as it doesn't touch another object or a wall. You can also rotate objects for 360° 3.Press the Right Square Bracket Key [ to size up an object and the Left Square Bracket Key ] to size down an object. 4.The object will move up incrementally, so keep hitting 9 until it is at the height you desire. To lower the object, press 0. If you have your game set to “Sims3” camera controls, you need to hit CTRL+9 and CTRL+0 at the same time.

There is a flower shop, hair salon, internet cafe, clothing store & library. There is also a 1 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment if you want to run as a retail. Always use bb.moveobjects right before placing my lots Gameplay Notes: 1)I built this lot on The Portsmouth Promenade in Evergreen Harbor it will run fine as a community retail lot, however, if you want to own and run this lot it must be moved to another world as Evergreen Harbor has a major bug with any lot types that can be 'opened' (restaurant, vet clinic or retail). Also keep in mind that this a 30 WIDE x 20 lot, so make sure it is placed on the right 30x20. 2) I play tested this as a lot owner and if you put items for sale in multiple stores it is best to have a couple living in the apartment. As long as you have mannequins in the clothing store, do not lock the doors to the clothing store as sims will always try to get to the mannequins. If you just want to play the clothing store, the clothing store doors can be successfully locked if the mannequins are removed.
