(Small Undertale spoilers for the end of the genocide route) Intro: Echo BF teleports into the world of Undertale at the very end of a genocide route, stumbling upon Chara attempting to kill the player. Although she succeeds in the kill, the game is kept alive, in it's half-crashed state, because BF is still alive, despite his Undertale soul being killed also. In this state, where Undertale's battle physics aren't quite up to code anymore, Chara wants to increase their power and erase the world and BF just wants another challenge, they battle. This bonus weeks song is called Megalo Strike Back and it comes from the V.S Chara 2.0 Mod. Recently this mod was reworked on and updated with brand new sprites, mechanics, and songs. Megalo Strike Back is a FNF classic due to it's popularity and use of animation which was rarer back then. Not to mention the character featured is based on another popular indie game called Undertale created by Toby Fox. God, I still remember the official mod and how cool all of the effects were for the time being, super glad that some really talented people remade it into this awesome experience! Always loved the original one and the song it had so damn much, so experiencing it with a new coat of paint was super fun! The new sprites and backgrounds and all the different effects are way too fun to look at, I loved seeing all the different sprites and animations Chara had! The song itself is of course an absolute banger, nothing changed in that regard hehe. But yeah, I really liked the different gimmicks this mod had and how they were implemented, the dodge mechanic was cool as hell, the save and load state was amazingly well made and that character flip was also such a dope experience!
